We do not publish the information for you, so you will need to provide a target for the link.  There are two ways your information might be published.

By far the simplest is to use our newsgroups.  Simply post to the one you find most appropriate.  This also has the advantage of allowing interactive discussion.  Newsgroups allow anyone to post a reply to your message, which can then be read and replied to by anyone else.

Second, your information can be on a webpage.
 
Once your content is published, simply mail me its location (the newsgroup or web address), and a suggested message to appear at the top of our homepage from which it will be linked.
